Give a copy to the driver of an idling ambulance. For sure, one will be coming to your neighborhood soon!

Comment on Idle-Free NYC - Press Conference

hello, on the corner of broadway and liberty street in manhattan, there is always about 6 highway patrol cruisers. The cops are standing outside the cars, and the cars idle. For the entire day .. every day.

They are never in their cars, there is no reason to have that may cars running all day long

Comment on Welcome

So on idle free day,5/6, there was alot of traffic, stop and go, coming into NY from NJ at approx 6.10am. I work in NY and make this trip daily. I'm thinking what a shame, all this exhaust and wasted gas. Upon exiting the tunnel I see that the cause of the tieup, was a NYPD cruiser writing a ticket and blocking 1.5 lanes on the Canal Street East exit by Tribeca theatre. Isn't this rediculous! Couldn't they have pulled the car off to a side street? It seems to me a little common sense is in order here.

Comment on Welcome

This is a great campaign and Asthma Free School Zone (AFSZ) is doing great work!
